Absolutely loved the comfy beds and the lovely garden view! The breakfast was excellently cooked and plentiful, a real highlight to start the day right. Can't forget the charming atmosphere. It.

Would have liked some shampoo and conditioner instead of just soap. The decorative counterpane was a bit too heavy and took up space when off the bed, but still, we enjoyed our stay .

Fairly clean and fabulous hotel with a honesty bar. Welcoming employees from explaining local area to chatting over lovely breakfast, spotless and elegant room. Hypoallergenic pillows and feather pillows, comfy bed. Marvellous location, a short walk from the beach. Situated in a quiet area. Honestly nothing too much trouble.

The room I got was spotless with all the comforts expected, a shower, fresh milk set aside at the honesty bar if wanted. I really enjoyed the great and perfect location fair to the establishment.

Sutherland House offers a lovely atmosphere with its beautiful garden area. Great decor reflects a gracious English home. The room was cozy and tastefully decorated. Breakfast was freshly cooked with a la carte options, delicious. I appreciated the thoughtful amenities like complimentary refreshments upon arrival. The bathroom cleanliness fell short. Areas around the shower needed proper attention. Limited space in the room made it a bit tricky with our luggage, but the overall charm of the place made up for it. I loved the honesty bar and the cute vibe from the hosts.

The vibe was super chill, and we really appreciated the honesty bar vibe-Gerald and Mary. The beds were comfy, and breakfast hit the spot! Just wish the parking spot was a bit closer to the entrance since it was kinda far with luggage.

We had such a lekker stay! Mary was super friendly and the room was spacious and super clean-like a little haven. Brekkie was great, especially the a la carte options. Omg, the eggs were drool-worthy! Oh, and we totally loved the garden for an afternoon chill.

But, the WiFi was a bit slow. Had to vasbyt sometimes with work emails.

Enjoyed my family stay ! The staff were attentive and sorted out minor bathroom issues courteously. Be sure to try for fresh local seafood and check out the charming shops downstairs. For light sleepers, consider bringing an eye mask to block out morning light.

The room had excellent amenities, including a large bed, a portable air conditioner, and a fan that offered hot or cold options as needed. Refreshments like tea, coffee, and biscuits were provided.

Traffic noise from the busy road was noticeable, especially at night, which might disturb light sleepers. The breakfast, while satisfying, had a limited variety considering the price, and there were some delays in service that could leave you waiting longer than expected. Water pressure in the shower wasn't great, possibly due to the hotel's coastal location, and some room decor felt a bit dated despite recent refurbishments.

It was just a good pick for a short visit in Deal with value for price. The owner was super friendly and made us feel right at home. Consider trying the freshly cooked breakfast for a great start to your day.

Sutherland House Bed & Breakfast provided a good experience with very comfortable rooms, especially room number 5, thoughtfully equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant stay. The breakfast was freshly cooked each day and was good, reflecting the care taken in the dining service. The owner and staff were cute and engaging.

Charming hotel, good atmosphere, with a beautifully decorated room that included a tv and an electric kettle, perfect location about 61 km from the nearest airport for easy access and exploration.

A warm welcome on arrival and pleasant service for breakfast. The spacious twin room had a trousers press, magazines, a safe and was well-stocked for a comfortable stay. Fresh coffee in the cafetiere was a lovely touch.

The staff here were kind and lovely, and the breakfast had toast, cereal, and fruit; the location was marvellous being on the sea front.
